WOOOO

Saw 2 pitches of the game, glad Reddick came up clutch. HOF parade today, I'm told it's the best event of the weekend. A couple more pictures I took from yesterday.
Strikeout exhibit

Ted Williams estimated his average on balls in each location in the strike zone. One of my favorite things I saw yesterday. Maybe Ted Tucker will have an exhibit like this in 25 years

Hate mail Jackie Robinson received. Really sad to see some of the stuff black people went through to play the game they loved

If he would have xeroxed Bregman's recent message, in a DM to the twat who wrote those letters, he would be justified imo.

@jcrasnick
Thus far, #Yankees have balked at #Athletics asking price for Gray. If it doesn't come down, they're prepared to go in different direction.

Talks with #Brewers and #Athletics for Sonny Gray have stalled. The #As are insisting on CF Lewis Brinson. The Brewers won't trade him.

Can't imagine we will deal with them after seeing who they want from Milwaukee and NYY in return

Lot of orange and blue, Astros fans are the easily the largest population of the 3 inductees. Lots of Yanks, Mets, Sawx, etc as well

That's awesome about fan turnout. Especially with how recent Biggio was. Sucks for Texas fans that some prob had to choose between this and Beltre's 3000th

Looks like a great day for a parade

I'm curious how Bags induction speech goes. He's not really a great speaker and shuns the spotlight most of the time..

Do you know who he chose to introduce him?

Chao

My first favorite player for the Astros

I used to imitate him from the left side playing whiffle ball, but I'm right handed. Hands high. Got his autograph w several other players after a Monday night game that Joe Niekro pitched. Beat the Giants 4-1. Still have the program w all the signatures.

Back then, Monday Night Baseball was a big deal. It was the only televised MLB games outside of Saturday afternoons on NBC.

This was before TBS and WGN. All my baseball came from Milo on 560 AM KLVI out of Beaumont or 740 AM, which I think was KTRH

Brownie is here, met him and asked how awesome it was to call Marwin's granny when he filled in for Kalas. He said it's so cool know you never know what could happen calling a game.

Jelly.

Never heard anybody say a bad word about Brownie. Seems like a really nice guy.
