Agreed. It's so clear with Jose that he needs his speed to be effective, so resting his hammy to make sure he is 100% should be a priority. He has already re-aggravated it once.

I know this isn't exactly Astros related -- but I had no idea Chris Johnson got that big of a contract from the Braves. Holy Crap what were they thinking??
