Aj reed had another singer last night and a couple of hits. He's doing very well. Will be interesting to see how promotions shake out. You have singleton at Fresno and Gregor at CC both doing well but Gregor has very little power. I think reed needs to be in AA within a month...wonder if singleton gets moved.

The front office definitely have some minor league shuffling to do. I just went up & down a list of prospects and see a lot of guys begging for a promotion.
Really sucks that there isn't a place on the big club for kemp. I would like to see him come up and show that he can hit on the MLB level to get his trade value up... But to me, a 2nd baseman that can hit & steal should get something in return better than a one year rental middle of the rotation guy... but that's me.

I do not want to see Singleton go without another long trial in Houston. I think he will be at least a solid slugging first baseman against right handers. If you have to platoon him versus lefties down the line, Gattis can play over there while someone else fills the DH role these days. Or maybe Tucker plays first. Singleton's contract is so club friendly, I would want to make sure he is not the next Ryan Howard before letting him go.

I'm happy with getting rid of singleton in a trade. I don't trust the guy to begin with off the field and I don't think he will be any better than what carter is. Kemp should be another nice chip to offer in trades. Right now the rotation has to be the focus. We need big improvement there or we are going down
