Chris Hansen and the TCAP All-Stars are back!

"Root for the Red Sox? That's not my style."

"The Red Sox beating the Astros? No way."

"The Astros defeating the Red Sox in a regular and post season series? That would be the cleanest, best pleasure."

If the playoff series goes the full length I'm going to get real tired of playing the Sawx 9 games in a row

hopefully, Hinch can keep the "we be disrespected" train going and we just go 6-0 with 60 runs scored.

Datters,

How excited are you about these next four games?

I will be watching on the edge of my seat, regardless of the fact that #2 is wrapped up and the unlikeliness of garnering HFA in (potential) ALCS play.

I'm more anxious waiting on the announcement of game times of Games 1 & 2 of the ALDS. Decent chance at 7pm on Thursday for Game 1. But Game 2.....

These games are meaningless. They mean nothing.

I’m glad we get to face Pomeranz on Saturday. Seems like he might be Boston’s game 2 starter with either Porcello or Rodriguez as game 3? And price out of the pen?

Just curious, what makes you think this?

I kinda hope game 2 is an afternoon game. It's my Friday off, can watch with no interruptions.

I got tickets for game 2 and took a half day off. Hoping for a night game in order to get toasty before hand.

Boston @ Houston is a set known good matchup. On the otherside it's NYY/MIN @ Cleveland. I guess it depends on when they announce game times. Does TV risk having Min v Cleveland in primetime? Let's face it, it's the Red Sox helping drive Houston's game times. I hope Game 2 is at worst the 330p game. I think it's all but a sure thing the game in LA is 8:15pm. Otherwise it'd be a 915p local first pitch if it's Cubs @ Washington.

I have around 100 leave days stored up. I will be taking the day off for any weekday day game. I was coaching football in 2015 and had to watch that unraveling take place between the end of school and an hour into practice through updates on my phone. I'm not missing anything this year.

I think it's a close to 0% chance. Last year on the Friday of the DS round the time slots were 12p 330p 430p 815p. I think the times are paired up by network. I highly doubt they put the NL games at 12 and 330.

It will be 2 late afternoon games. Give yourself plenty of time to park and get in.. It will be a mad house downtown.

And I feel sorry for those that work on the east portion of downtown that don't have contract parking. Those usual work day $5 lots are going to be pretty pricey.

How far y'all think peacock will go? Willing to let the sox get a full 6-7 innings look at our game 3 starter?

I am confident we will see JD Davis on the mound during this series if that answers ur question. LOL

I'm surprised Peacock is even starting. 3 innings I guess to stay sharp?

I'm sure Peacock and Morton will not be allowed to labor. They may throw 80-90 pitches but less if any high-stress innings (25-30 pitch types) come along.

Let these playoff starters work and stay sharp though.
