I don't know why people take him seriously when he talks about the SEC, he openly admits he trolls the SEC.

Yeah, because FSU is better academically than Vandy or basically any other SEC school (I might make an exception for Missouri).

Well, FSU is probably the third ranked school in Florida (ranked behind Miami and UF, didn't check any others).
Also ranked behind Vandy, Georgia, and A&M.

I agree, but it has gained him a lot more visibility and likely a lot more money. He's been at ESPN for 6 years and was a pretty forgettable personality until he began stirring the pot.
Now he's Russillo's partner, one of the main studio guys on gamedays and the MSB starts threads about him.

Meh, he went to a school who's biggest rival was the SEC's best team at the time he was at FSU. He also had to listen to Spurrier go on and on about Bowden. Not surprised he feels the way he does.

I don't blame him for two reasons:
1. We're an easy group to troll because SEC fans (for that matter, southerners in general) are very easily rustled and quick to reward it with clicks and views whilst seething in anger.
2. He's adopted the contrarian shtick that made Skip Bayless so famous. The SEC is his LeBron.
