Would be a studly combo. I don't think he makes it to 9 though.

I think it's contingent on what the jags do.

If they take Fowler I think Cooper could slide to 9th

If they take Williams I think Oakland snags him at 4

They still have Randle and Cruz do they not? Seems like a complete waste. I'm not a Giants fan, but I'm gonna guess #2 WR was not the reason they failed to make the playoffs last year.

Randle would be gone, Cruz would have to restructure to stay

Would be a dumb pick. Cooper is a beast but the Giants have much more pressing needs

Amari Cooper won't fall that low.

There aren't enough balls that having those two is worth it.

Randle is a pawn. No one knows if Cruz is going to be the same.

WFt is that supposed to mean

I don't care about the Giants, but if they were a team i really hated, i would LOVE for them to make that move.

ETA: last year the Giants were #10 in total O, #7 in passing O, but #29 in total D, so yes, i see why they'd want to take a WR in the top 10 after taking the OROY at that same position a year ago.

What frick the are you confused with?

Randle isn't good. No one knows if Cruz is going to be a stud WR again.

you calling Randle and Cruz pawns? do you know what that word means? It indicates they are being used.

why didn't you say that instead of misuing the word pawns?

In any event, Randle caugt 71 balls for for 938 last year including 132 and 158 in the last 2 games. since he's still on his rookie deal making right around $1M this year, seems like value for that production, I'd take him as a #2 or 3 WR especially if i had a budding super star at 1 of my other WR spots and a 29th ranked D as opposed to taking another WR that would cost a lot more.

Cooper would be great value hard to pass up. realistically they probably need to improve their O line but Cooper would be hard to argue with value wise.

Would be an incredibly dumb move to draft WR with back to back top 15 picks.

They have much more pressing needs on defense and o line

Giants better use that pick to get better on defense or an OL

I used pawn in the sense of "not that good" / "not valuable" / "expendable", you know, because a pawn is all of those things.

Didn't think it would throw you for a loop. If it did, I sincerely apologize.

Little testy, are we?
