If Bannister comes out for one more inning, we may need to start a rosary circle for his elbow

I've been watching the Euro's and I don't recall this being advertised as starting from ESPN. Instead tonight I watched some MLB games but I would have watched had I known it was on.

I think it's a great tournament.. There's a good mix of programs involved and its wide open..

Yeah but it's lacking the powerhouses. From a casual fans perspective: UCSB, Coastal Carolina, TCU, texas tech, and Arizona don't garner as much interest as LSU, Texas, and most SEC teams

The Wildcats have more national titles (4) than any SEC school not named LSU and the same amount as Miami. Also, they've won a title far more recently (2012) than either of the two other teams in the CWS (OSU - 1959, Miami - 2001).

Every year there's some new teams in it. All it takes is getting on a hot streak some years, but none of the remaining eight were outside of the top 20 rankings. TCU is here for a third consecutive year. As mentioned, Arizona won a few years ago. I was forgetting Tech was there just two years ago also. I enjoy seeing the different teams each year that advance this far. Always a fun tournament.
