Larry Brown is the only coach to win an NCAA and NBA title, I'm pretty sure.
ETA: I don't see it happening again for quite awhile, either. Calipari, maybe?

Yeah, Larry Brown is the only one that I know of. Calipari has already been to the NBA and I don't think he'll go back. If he does he won't win a title
