Not that I want to get too deep into the subject, but I thought Cowherd was always one of those super fit guys with a face that could cut through steel. Was he shirtless or something?

Cowherd = arrogant prick who like to "sermonize" and lecture as if he has the word on every damn thing . I had to turn him off on 104.5/9 mornings half the time , then finally just turned him off 'til Hanagriff and Ott came on. Got tired of his babbling on people's personal habits and how to be "successful" . A Jerk .... JMHO

I wonder if he'll change his style for his next TV appearance. In some ways, it makes it for an even more awkward moment.

eta - also, shouldn't that jacket be unbuttoned while he's sitting? I don't know how they do it on the West Coast though.
