College Gameday and this "Bear" character?

What's up with college gameday lately? I've noticed all this year they randomly show segments with this camera guy "Bear" and ask his opinion on stuff. Now they use him as their celebrity guest picker for the Stanford vs. USC game..?

This guy is a nobody. I guarantee not a single USC fan knows who the frick this guy is and brining him on as their celeb picker is fricking stupid since they are in LA.. a city filled with actual celebrities. Why are they trying to integrate them into the show? Is this to try to bring a more "normal" feel to the show so they have an average fat guy up there??

Another thing I have noticed is their segments with the "fan coach". Another fat white guy. Are they assuming the average college football fan is an obese white man and they are using these segments to relate to the average fan?

Either way these new add-ons are very stupid and not funny. I'm thinking this is the only year they do this.

Also the addition of Paul Finebaum is ruining it as well. Dude obviously doesn't know what he is talking about most the time and doesn't back anything up with facts.
