I wish they make it at least 8 teams. Any of the top 10 teams is capable of winning it. We have a real NC when we have 16.

would you seriously say 16 teams have a case to be champions in a given year?
if not, then a 16-team playoff is foolishness
4 is probably best, maybe six, certainly not 8+ most years

Every week is a playoff. That is what makes college football so special. Any more than 4 teams would hurt the regular season.

Nothing less than a 64 team championship tournament which would result in a maximum of 6 games for any team. Then reduce the regular season to 8 games for a total of 14 games.
