They'll be good but not that good. I doubt they beat Tulane who is loaded with pretty good freshmen. The Wave will be much improved especially if the pitching stays healthy.

They've sucked for a while. All they need is a solid coach and they should be a threat for Omaha every year.

Very good question. Not sure how they have fallen so hard the last couple of years.

Isn't Kentucky usually pretty good?

Meh. They are up and down. They get a few good players every now and then that can carry the team, but they haven't ever made it past a regional.

TCU as well?

Had one stud pitcher, I guess a few other solid players, but basically one hit wonders.

Look at all of those B1G teams!! I wish Ohio State would take baseball more seriously. We have enough talent in this state to be a top 25 program, however, Kent State usually out recruits Ohio State and the others go out of state. Ohio State should have hired Strickland from Kent State when they had the chance. He took them to the College World Series and now he is at Georgia. Shoulda woulda coulda!

at the state of Oregon. They must really play some ball out there. Isn't Oregon's baseball team only 6 or 7 years old as well?

That is what a top flight coach can do for you. Horton is one of the best coaches in America so I'm not surprised.
