Although it is pretty amusing when he tries to sound tough and hip and his voice cracks. Happens pretty often.

I think he does a good job for what his overall job is, but if I want to hear game discussion I'm not going with him.

Yeah, he has something of a sense of humor about his own mistakes.
I remember him completely flipping out on a caller a few years ago. CC was spending that show talking up Vick and the caller disagreed. When CC asked him to list some number of QBs he'd prefer over Vick he did five or six and then got to Carson Palmer... the shrieking from CC in response was both alarming and hysterical.
This was when he was still slobbing all over Michael Vick as an under-appreciated winner (since then he went 180 and said the opposite with all the bad leadership decisions he made on the way out with the Falcons).

The guy is great. You may not like the things that he says, but the vast majority of the time they are based on fact and not emotion. Unlike the majority of people around here.

I can't really agree with you there. I like him because he is interesting but his shows are largely tangents based on focusing on selective information (to be provocative).
It's intentionally opinionated to be more interesting. He doesn't even care whether or not he believes an argument so long as it's interesting to debate... in fact if he's not sure it leads to more discussion and eats up time like he needs to for 4 hours a day
