That is the shitty part about Lester. He takes up two roster spots. I also wish he looked like he gave a frick when hitting, but at least he is a really good pitcher and that is what counts.

Sure enough, Phil Coke DFA'd and Brian Schlitter optioned to AAA. Tsuyoshi Wada and Junior Lake will be called up; Travis Wood moved to the bullpen.

Jackson is just taking up a roster spot. He's dreadful. I think when Neil Ramirez comes back, that could be the last of Edwin.

If I had to make a prediction, it is either some low A ball pitcher that's like 18 years old or maybe some college pitcher in A or AA that nobody expects to be good but has put up solid numbers.
