The Cubs (37-15) take on the DBacks (24-32) this afternoon from Wrigley. John Lackey (5-2, 3.16) takes the hill for Chicago. Archie Bradley (2-0, 6.11) goes for Arizona. Following this series, the Cubs will play 20 of their next 26 on the road. Go Cubs Go.

It's so fricking stupid. Why did they put the Cubs in this position to have to be the bad guys and frick people up in their home ballparks? It's a little less demoralizing to get schlonged at Wrigley, but to have to have so many different teams get fricked in front of their own fans in a one month period?

You back on the bookfaces, huh? I came close to getting spur of the moment plane tickets for the weekend, but I couldn't pull off a 6:55 AM flight this morning.

We are going in July to look at wedding venues...and catch a game. Can't wait bro!

Yap. Back social network'n.

I'm doing the Cards series in late September. We do one series a year, never gonna do this late in the season again. I need my Wrigley fix in earlier.

Yeah, I've been two years in a row. I have to keep going every summer.

In other news, here's a good article about Kyle Hendricks and how he's actually good, not just pitching above his potential.

I haven't been in 15 years. Got a plan for an October trip though.

What are the DBacks doing with their uniforms? These are terrible.

Spent a morning at DBacks camp during spring training this year, got to stand about 5 feet away from Archie Bradley & Rubby DeLaRosa while they were throwing a side session. Csb:
