Pelicans have been possibly the most underacheiving franchise in the NBA over a pretty good time frame. Go back to the day they drafted Chris Paul and do a best of team till now and compare it to most any other NBA team. It’s amazing that they have accomplished absolutely nothing with the players that have come thru.
