Good thing we haven't had a Cardinals Yankees world series recently... I hated Yankees Braves world series in the 90s...

2006 Colts vs Bears-hate the Bears and can't stand Peyton
2009 Colts vs Saints- I was so pissed after Favre and the Vikings were hosed and I can't stand Peyton
2013 Broncos vs Seahawks- can't stand Peyton and I've hated the Seahawks since they came in the league
1995 Braves vs Indians- was pissed off because my Reds were swept in the NLCS
2012 Giants vs Tigers- I actually don't have a problem with either team. I was so pissed because the Reds blew the NLDS and their only shot at a world title in probably the next 50 years I couldn't watch
2013 Red Sox vs Cardinals- hate the Red Sox and Cardinals

I didn't watch that world series because of the Yankees, nothing against the marlins. but as a sports fan, I really wanted cubs-red sox series.

I just don't like the Yankees, no hatred just a general dislike. At that point in time however, my hatred of the Marlins was at understandably all-time high levels.

I usually hate one of the teams enough to watch and pull for the other side

I have few sports where I hate two teams equally, in fact can't think of one.

I hate no one else like ND and the Cowboys, not even UGA (probably because I never lived in GA outside of school).

But what if you hate both teams?

The only one i can think were i hate both teams was Bama-ND. But i didn't watch Bama-Clemson either, i figured Bama would win and had no interest in watching them celebrate. I didn't really watch the recent Laker-Celtics finals because i don't like Kobe.

I've never hated a team so much to where I wouldn't watch the championship game. That's a bit much IMO.

The 2008 BCS Championship Game...LSU/Ohio State

Does a team that had 2 losses really belong in the championship game?

There has never been a game where I hated either of the teams so much that I couldn't watch. But,

I had a hard time watching the USC/Oklahoma BCS National Championship game because I was still very butthurt that we were not there

I guess that was the closest I have gotten

The Packers/Broncos Super Bowl. Couldn't stand Brett Favre or John Elway as a kid. Didn't watch the game until the 4th qtr. Pulled for Green Bay so the NFC keep the streak but that didn't happen.

Does a team who already lost to the other one really belong in the championship game?
