Was just looking through history to see how common this is.
The 2 seed has been favored over the 1 seed in the conference championship game more than you would think.
Last time in the NFC was 2012 - San Fran favored over Atlanta by 3.5

You sure about this? This was Bens rookie season when the Steelers reeled off 15 straight.
They also smashed NE in the regular season.
