I just wanted an excuse to post this ticket I played in May. The funny thing is... that big win doesn't really change anything in the SEC standings, other than forcing Bama to win out to make the title game. UT still has to beat UGA.

Well that was one of the better weeks in CFB history.

Week 8 Lines

So far I'm on the following:
UCLA
Maryland
James Madison (almost every week)
South Carolina
Syracuse
Southern Miss
Liberty
Indiana

Like LSU and Oklahoma State so far - haven't really started looking at lines though.

Though waiting to bet Oklahoma State - that line is moving and would like to grab them at +7

I might just hope they win that game and look to hedge if they face Bama again.

Purdue ML at + odds is probably a solid play. Wisconsin is an absolute mess.

That game was crazy. They had 675 yards but turned it over 4 times.

UCLA @ Oregon might be 63-55. I'm probably going over 70 1/2 for that one.

It opened at +3.5 and overnight jumped to +6.5. Sure they may not hit 7, but I'm fairly confident I'll still be able to grab +6 or +6.5 Friday if I can't get +7.

Thanks for the heads up. I forgot Purdue's power rating is lower because O'Connell missed a game, and their loss to Syracuse looks better every week. Seems like Wisconsin got a 1-week boost from the new coach and then returned to where they were before.

ETA: Added Georgia Tech -2.5 vs. Virginia. Thursday game with both coming off a bye. Seems like teams going in different directions. Virginia was sacked 6 times and ran for 6 yards in their last game vs. Louisville. GT's losses are to UCF, Ole Miss, and Clemson.

GT over Virginia. Virginia is a wreck and GT been playing well since the coach has been fired.

How on earth is Texas a 6 point favorite @OK State? They were a dropped TD away from losing at home to ISU

Think there might be some Spencer Sanders injury chatter

If Wisconsin plays a clean game, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if they beat Purdue. I just don't trust them to do that. In losses to Illinois, Michigan State and Washington State, Wisconsin committed 29 penalties and turned the ball over eight times. Just a completely undisciplined team that continually shoots itself in the foot. Pretty damning numbers for a program that many look at as one that doesn't beat itself.

Ohio St creeping up to -30 with Penn St on deck is interesting. No chance I would lay that.
