Meanwhile, the Warriors are 58-14 with Durant missing 13 games.... shel still thinks Cavs have a better chance of winning a title than the Warriors?

They were up 3-1 with a better team last year. We all know how that turned out.

replacing Barnes with Durant, BETTER TEAM LAST YEAR!!!

Warriors were 7-2 last year in 3 pt or less games, and 6-1 in OT... their margin of victory was 10.8

This year they're getting unlucky, 3-4 in 3 PT games and 0-3 in OT, but their margin of victory is 11.6, and that's with their best player missing 13 games.

If anything the Cavs are the worse team, their margin of victory has declined by 2.3 points, they'd have to go 10-0 to tie last years record, and they've slipped from 10th in defense to 22nd.

What does Durant bring that they didn't already have?

The Warriors have less depth and are weaker down low than they were a year ago.

It's not like they were lacking a scorer. They added a big name for a role they already had in spades and got worse in 2 other areas.

He adds even more to what they already had.

You can argue weaker down low, but the depth thing is moot in the playoffs. Who would really argue wanting a little more depth and no KD?

Fwiw, they're better this year. Drtg is exactly the same, and Ortg is almost 1 point better.

They didn't have scoring issues, which is what Durant mainly brings to the table.

Uh, what? Shaun Livingston won game 1 of last year's finals for the Warriors when Steph and Klay were struggling. Depth/bench plays a part.

Warriors aren't a better team this year, and they likely aren't getting out of the West either.
