Can’t imagine not being allowed to drink water during an actual basketball game

Watching Diarra from NC State and several soccer players in Europe play during ramadan. No halftime snack either. I played ball my whole young adult life and i was definitely smashing a bottle’s worth of water or a couple cups of gatorade a game if not more. Gotta have a crazy strong mentality.

They actually stopped a match yesterday, in the Premiere League, so the Muslims could break their fast. They ate a banana and drank some water. Then restarted the match.
