Better draft DEFENSE only in draft.

Doubtful. Carolina has too much invested in Clausen to just dump him for another qb. I say they draft a defensive player with the top pick - either PP7, Fairley or the DE out of Clemson.

Carolina needs to do what Detroit did.

QB first (Clausen), then a DL (Fairley)

I was sitting at the Panthers game this Sunday and heard a cheer that went:

"AN-DREW-LUCK"

I want Titans to trade VY to move up and take Cam, or lose the rest of our games.

which we probably will anyways, and already be in position to draft Cam.

At which point trade VY for another 1 or 2 or 3 rounder, whatever you can get for him.

I agree that Clausen is an investment, but the Panthers will pick Luck, Newton, or Mallett if they are available. Those are QBs you can build your team around. Clausen may be good in a year or 2 but the others in the draft now are too good to pass up.

I'd be willing to bet that the raiders will trade up to get in the 1st round and grab him. Unfortunately.

Newton and McFadden would sound awesome on paper... then you see them in black jerseys and realize they'll never be heard form again

49ers probably. They need a QB and will most likely be picking high. The Patriots get the Raiders 1st round pick this year.

4 years, 2.5 mil in guaranteed money. Still, Clausen looks bad. You don't pass up Luck if you are them. The Panthers have enough players on offense for Clausen to have better than 1 TD and 7 picks.

Let's wait to see what he does at the combine before saying he'll be drafted anywhere near the top.

As it is now, I don't think any of the "draftniks" have him going before Luck, Mallett and Locker.

Will Smith and Vilma already hate him. They're not impressed.

Why the hate for McFadden? He just happens to be one of the top 5 RBs in the league this year since he's finally healthy. He's like a bigger version of Chris Johnson only just as fast.

Really don't think anyone will need to trade up for Newton, haha. You see what taking a player like that did to the Broncos coaching hierarchy. People will be more likely to take real quarterbacks.

Luck, Locker, and Mallett will go before Newton. Newton may make the first round, though.
