People won't take me saying Luck last season had a better season than Cam has ever had?
I mean. It's a fact. But continue to suck Newtons dick.

Basing your entire argument off of whats posted on the internet is extremely weak.

We get it, Cam touched you in the wrong spot... Your hatred for him is laughable.

Your hatred of Cam Newton comes directly from the fact that he's the QB of a divisional opponent.

So you disagree that Luck last season wasn't a better season than Newton has ever had?
Nearly 5k yards, 40 TDs.
He's also severely underrated running the ball. Had almost 300 rushing to go with the insane passing numbers. He carried a team with an atrocious defense. Newtons success is due in large part to having an outstanding defense. I would not trust him to win games if the Panthers had a bad defense. Luck is the better player and has achieved more in the league already. He's made the playoffs ever year; Cams one playoff win was against the worst starting QB in NFL playoff history.
I stand behind my statements and back them up. You've said nothing to prove me wrong.

I think cam is a tool on the field, and of course I hate the TEAMS in the division. As a person he seems like a solid guy and I don't hate him. Tired of people pushing the Newton is elite agenda. I give credit when it's due, and I'll even say the thread I made was dumb, it was Peej level dumb. But I stand behind my argument that he's not as good as people make him out to be; not better than Luck (healthy), and not in that elite level yet.

quote:So, we can throw this season out of the window because Andrew Luck is hurt... Can we throw last season out of the window as well? You know, when Cam Newton was injured? Or is that too logical to be in your Cam Newton-hating agenda?
Luck is hurt, but luck last season surpasses anythig cam has done in this league by a substantial margin.

I just googled it, and other than a couple of old Mel Kiper articles, I've seen nothing to suggest he doesn't work hard. He's an incredibly fit human being who doesn't really get injured on the field that often, even though he's probably the hardest scrambling QB to get down. That suggests he puts the work in to keep himself healthy.

Your SJW comments come off really forced.
quote:Which is funny because you made it sound like you knew Newton's work habits firsthand. Outside of some pre-draft articles. Your argument has very little air. So please enlighten the rest of us with your logic?
you obviously must some firsthand knowledge.

First off, I think he's entertaining on the field. It seems like the guy is actually having fun and not forcing it. His off the field character speaks for itself. I don't feel like I'm pushing the "elite agenda" (Could be wrong). But the guy does very well with average talent. He's a different type of talent imo. His inside the pocket game has slowly progressed since his rookie season.

Dude, he has won about everything he could have at this point in his football career. College and Pro.
Your argument is stupid. His "Stats" this year is somewhat skewed with the team he has and the scheme they play. But I wont argue that with you. Its pointless.
Your "Cam" agenda is visible.
