No way of knowing this. All we do know is that he has been horrid, this year, and for some time now.
Glennon cracked 50%, which is more than can be said for Freeman, a veteran.
Glennon looked better for 3 quarters of the game than Freeman has looked in any one quarter stretch this year. He also didn't practice with his #1 and #2 receivers until Friday this week.
What's Freeman's excuse(s) for sucking?

The entire organization is a dumpster fire. Freeman is not going to be here next year. He makes 8 mil per and can't dedicate himself or even show up on time. It's time to try Glennon for the rest of the season. If he sucks, we draft a QB, and start the cycle of starting a new dumpster fire next season with a new coach and QB.

Freeman is a shithead that has sucked this year, there's no denying that. Part of that stems from him not wanted to play under Schiano, which is perfectly understandable. Schiano has never wanted Freeman to be his QB.
Schiano fricks Freeman over, pushes him out of the organization, and then starts a QB that isn't ready for the NFL. The Bucs deserves to go winless, Schiano should be fired immediately, and Freeman will likely never be an NFL QB again.
