While I agree about the shitty OSU schedule a Bama fan whining about other people's schedule. Schedule strength doesn't matter remember? It's about the "better loss" and the eye test if I recall Bama fans about their shitastic schedules in the past few years, especially 2011.

You'll start seeing a trend where all the teams will schedule a bad schedule and it will ruin the playoff system.

The bigger deal is that their quarter schedule for classes gives them more practices leading up to the game/

I don't disagree that their division and schedule looks weak right now.

But right now doesn't matter. If it turns out in December that they've played three ranked teams, then they've played three ranked teams. Ohio State does not necessarily have just one ranked team on their schedule. What you're ranked in the first week is meaningless, or at least it should be.

Alabama got selected to a BCSNC over teams with a better resume with only three wins over FBS opponents with a winning record. So this is a funny thread.

VT has already proved last year that they have a pretty mediocre to bad team. Let's not forget the 0-0 tie with Wake (which they lost) , or having to take UVA to the wire in order to be bowl eligible.... they went 7-6.

Maybe they improved, maybe they didn't. They actually get a pass seeing as no one expected them to beat OSU anyway (especially since their starting qb went down) but we'll see if they really have improved later own.

Amazing that you know how the end of the year rankings will be.

And I'm sure you are bright enough not to put stock into pointless preseason polls.

Are you saying the schedule doesn't suck?

By that logic, Ohio state already proved last year that they're the best team in the country and better than Bama...

Losing by 7 is a skull fricking? In that case 20-13.

Buckeyes will pass the eyeball test. How could a Bama fan argue against that?

Yep, who cares about playing a Wisconsin, Arizona state, and Louisville just a couple days ago...
