Rewatched it.
Why has this never really never been called out today in major media?'
They say he slips?????
Why I stopped listening to the 3 networks...they hire shills to just tell you what you want to hear. Including the shills in college football.
They glossed over everything Jordan. He got the biggest pass since Babe Ruth.
Major media promotes this egregious foul as the greatest shot of all time.
I've never seen another player push another player out of the way...and shoot a shot in the NBA.
Let alone be declared the GOAT shot with such deference by the media they won't even talk about the push.

It's not about the act.
It's how things are reported.
Obvious foul, ignored by media...
Media shapes the narrative...from college football to the Olympics.
What is said on-air, carries weight for programs and people.
Point is...there are constant agendas...and sports isn't remotely pure or fair because of politics and associations and agendas and money.
What is somebody's foul, is another teams great play.
Curry, James, hell others in other sports get a lot of hate...but Jordan's defininig moment isn't something to be proud of...and I'm a Jordan guy over James and Kareem and Magic...because, well, that's what rational people think.
It's how things are reported.

Nah, Russell was going the wrong way already, I doubt the tap Jordan gave him had anything to do with him slipping. They do much worse during a game than that. Try playing some basketball before commenting. Besides, it's freaking how many years since that shot?
