Not a braves fan but going to NYC to play has effected many players in negative ways, namely Randy Johnson. But to read Mccan's quote he certainly doesn't seem to mind of course he could be full of shite

I hold no ill will towards McCann at all. However, I wish Teixiera would receive a 95 mph fastball to the hand every time he bats.

My thoughts, and I'm sure I'm in the minority, are that I hope every Yankee struggles for their entire career in the Bronx.
McCann was one of my favorite players but anyone that chooses the evil empire gets no love from me. Yes, I'm sure McCann cares about what I think. And no, I don't know that I would always choose the highest bidder when any team would offer me more money than I'd ever to be able to spend in 3 lifetimes.
