Had the good fortune of being invited this past Saturday to play the course and if anyone of you get an invite do not pass on it.
The course was good with a solid chance to be a extremely good one but not great. I haven't been to Augusta but the movement of the course truly resembles what I watch on TV every year. Don't think it will be great because the only defense the course offers are its greens. It's really hard to miss the fairways and big hitters will definitely eat it up if they are putting well.
Where this place shines is in it's service and attention to detail for the golfer experience. BBQ shack on hole 12 with a chef that has meat prepared as you arrive on the tee box, also have a keg waiting and the beer was free along with the homemade jerky and other snacks. They have a freshly made juice and snack bar on hole 8 I believe that is seriously off the charts, again free of charge.
After the round there is a wedge course that can be played with a SW and putter, stays lit into the night for added fun.
Again if you get the good fortune to play it don't pass up the offer.

Sounds like Augusta to me...

This is Tiger's course right?
Should be a little whorehouse around the 14th hole IMO

What tees did you play from?

We played the acorn tees. A couple of guys in our group where 11-13 handicaps so we wanted everyone to have a good time.
I believe yardage right at 6700 or so

Nice, I think if you play from the "Tiger Tee" they have like a 625 yard par 5.
