This pick reeks of JP Losman.
I don't have an issue with picking Manuel per se, but the 2nd or 3rd round would've been so much better.
Simply by picking him 1st, he's the quarterback of the future and the franchise is depending on him for the next 3-4 years. That's what really sucks about it.

I think the issue is less that the Bills took E.J. Manuel and more that they took Manuel over Jarvis Jones or Sharrif Floyd or really any number of other more highly regarded players with virtually no reason to fear Manuel being gone in the 2nd.
