Intimidating a player to give you $15,000 to go party in Vegas is ok to you?

Anyone else think of Jimmy from Seinfeld about this guy? Talked about himself in the third person.

Jimithing has master.

it wasn't intimidating. Martin thought he was above everyone else so the vets charged him 15K for insubordination, which they used for a Vegas party. He didn't say pay me 15K or I will kill you.

Who's right and who's wrong?

You have to ask the players 20-30 years ago who started all this week. It's well documented people have had to pick up 30K tabs before as part of hazing and rookie tradition. It doesn't make it right, but when you do it and the person before you did it and the person before him did it and so on and so forth, it becomes a regular occurrence like breathing air

LOL. It was never fresh or funny. Just annoying and ruins any reasonable discussion that might exist.

Dungy banned hazing altogether. And then won a Super Bowl. So I guess it's not that important to team unity or whatever.

Bill Walsh completely banned this childish nonsense as well & the 80's 49'ers thrived under him.

Only idiots defend hazing as sometime truly necessary or positive.

Because he was the only one smart enough to figure out that it was bullshite? I'd be pretty fricking insubordinate too if people were trying to steal $15k from me.

I've never understood how hazing develops team camaraderie.

Martin is literally one....I repeat one person who is bitching about this.

There are nearly 2,000 NFL players on active rosters in any given season, yet he is the only one bitching.

Obviously it isn't a big deal when the other 1,700 clearly go with the flow because it's not that big of a deal.

Yep. In other words, the coaches here bear a lot of blame.

I also think there's much more than a fine line between good natured screwing around and true sociopathic shite, which seems to have been going on here. The fact that NOBODY saw the line being crossed and dis something is nuts.

Whatever. Continue to sit behind your computer giggling to yourself because youve "trolled" a few people.
