Big Ten Expansion Would Most Likely Doom ACC, Big 12 Or Even Both

This is an article about Big Ten expansion. I don't know if it would doom them, but make them weaker. I would love to see Duke get screwed over and have to play basketball in the American Conference or C-USA, but I have a feeling they'll end up in the big east which would still be a step down for them and hurt them.
The article says 15 members with Johns Hopkins in it for some sports.
