Man, take out OSU, Michigan, Wisconsin (and maybe Nebraska) and its pretty bad. Why do they get a pass?
3 (maybe 4) out of 14 decent?? Look at Minnesota's upcoming schedule and they are talking about them contending for the West. Maryland, Illinois, Purdue and they'll be bowl eligible and quite frankly a pretty poor team.

Ha the Big 10 is debatably the best conference in NCAAF. They are very top heavy like every other power 5 conference right now. Two top teams competing to make the playoffs and a dark horse and Wisky if they pull some upsets.

Thing with the Big 10 is there are plenty of teams at that next level behind OSU and scUM that are solid programs that are capable of winning any week. In the West almost every team is capable of rising up and having a great season. Sure, there are garbage teams like Rutgers and Purdue right now but the middle is solid and the top is elite.

Like who? OSU, UM and Wisconsin are the only good teams in the league. Nebraska and Iowa are very weak. Penn State, Northwestern, Minnesota, Maryland, and Indiana are all completely irrelevant. Rutgers, Illinois, Purdue and Michigan State are some of the worst teams in the entire FBS.
