Are MLB play by play radio guys the smoothest sports announcers?

Baseball on radio is considered the highest test for an announcer, and the good one are really good.

Joe Buck gets a lot of shite but he does an exceptional job on the Fox WS broadcast. His call last year was perfect

Baseball announcers must be good talkers, since there is so much down time, nothing going on, etc. over the course of the games.

I'll listen to baseball on the radio just to hear how the announcer fills the dead time.
