I would actually say there really are no definitive rivalries in the PAC-12 in BB.

Honestly, it is because ucla was so dominant for so long.

It's kind of like the SEC. Kentucky has owned the conference for so long there are really no rivalries that stand out, like UNC/Dook for instance.

ND/USC does not match the intensity of Michigan/Ohio State and Alabama/Auburn. People don't get in fights over USC/ND but they do over other games like Alabama/Auburn and UM/Ohio State and Minnesota/Wisconsin or Michigan State/Michigan or Florida/Georgia.

That's not because of intensity. It's because of class.

Yea just because I saw the thread late and decided to throw my opinion out there.

I think basically all Power 5 to Group of 5 rivalries have either or will take a huge hit, because of the shifting TV landscape.

Also everyone has seen noticeable changes due to conference realignment, but it can be argued that new ones are budding.

But I think the main one that will start to fade are the inter Power 5 rivalries, especially the ones at the end of the year, when every conference eventually goes to 9 game conference slates. Either they will be moved up to the beginning or dropped, which is a shame, but for instance a number of SEC schools do this and with he changing tone, with a conference championship looming , while
