Not sure if this is the correct board.

I know the book isn't brand new, but I picked it up last night. Can't put it down now. Really interesting book with a lot of inside looks in college football. Just finished the chapter on Towson/LSU game.

Did they have a special excerpt on Stud's bbq-stained white t-shirt?

Jeff Benedict and Armen Keteyian

I strongly suggest it to anybody with any interest what so ever in college football. I don't think I've read a book in 10 years, but I've whipped through half of this one in half a day so far.

I read it a couple years ago. Couldnt put it down. Another good one is "Scoreboard, Baby." Focuses on 2000 Washington Huskies

Thanks I'll give it a look after I finish this one. I'm half way through in just a day. Some cool stuff in the book.

Whats it about? Does it focus on one team or the whole college football from an insiders view?

Great book. Ronnie Harrison is a surprisingly good writer.

I believe it was Ken Armstrong & Nick Perry that wrote that one. Either way, great book

Well as I said I'm only about halfway through but so far every chapter has been on a totally different subject except two chapters (not back to back) focus on Mike Leach. One is about his rise to TT, his unique personality, and their huge win over Texas on the Crabtree play (I think 08?). The second one is about the whole Adam James saga

Both are really, really good

Really great book. I still keep it close by on a book shelf in my apartment. It is what helped push me towards pursing a career in sports/entertainment law.

Each chapter is different. Not each is specifically about a team either. They each focus inside of a different aspect of CFB. Some about teams, some coaches, some ADs, some scandals, etc....really great read with an inside look.

I'm talking about a book, with words in it. Not some dumb LSU fan screaming at an even dumber Alabama player.

Well played though. That is my first time seeing that video
