Not proud per se...but I gained a ton of respect for the guy. I thought the way he handled "the decision" was really weak and a dick move. Whether the letter he wrote was total PR BS or not, it was heartfelt...and I think the fans in Ohio have been genuinely touch by it. LJ seems to have grown up and matured and I think it takes a ton of guts to acknowledge his mistakes in the way he handled things in the past. I'm happy for the fans of Cleveland and I hope this move brings a much needed championship to that area. I've bashed LJ at times for some of his actions but this was a classy move. Looking forward to watching him develop a team in Cleveland

Not proud, but I respect him to look past petty things like the way he was treated for leaving Cleveland. The NBA is full of guys with giant ego's that would carry something like that all the way to the grave. He've moved past it.

Proud? No, but I definitely respect what he had to say in his letter. He could not have written it any better.

He pays his marketing people piles of money to right letters like that.

After the 2010 fiasco, his camp had to play this perfect to keep his image.

am.

I just converted from a critic to an ally. I hope he wins many championships in Cleveland, and I will be rooting for him.

Yeah me too. He's going back for the right reasons, IMO. Those reasons are what pro athletes should be about

I have no emotional connection to LeBron, The Heat or the Cavs. But I'm very happy about this decision and for LeBron

Proud of him?

For what?

What's worse?

Being proud of Lebron from learning from his mistakes and this time around making a decision, and handling it with integrity and class?

Or hating on a man, whose worst ever atrocities were announcing his decision on national TV and then telling fans at a pep rally that he would win a lot of titles....4 years ago?

You want to talk about logical arguments after your first sentence in this thread was

Yeah, because the thread asks if you're PROUD of leQuit.

For a letter.
That a million dollar PR team wrote.

It's ABSURD.

What is absurd is that you are saying things like this in the same thread where you demand to be presented logical arguments

Impossible, it doesnt have the necessary number of grammatical and spelling errors, an amount that should be similar to the average SECRant post.

You must feel so much better about your life "knowing" in your head that this man making tens of millions a year, maybe the best athlete in the world, would make spelling and grammatical errors if he drafted this letter which you also "know" he didn't do on his own.

Some people put down athletes to convince themselves that they're better than them somehow.
