Crushed a bunch of crap and then beat an injured UGA team and a crap FL team.

Why not. Appears LSU has no chance against Alabama, but I can still hope.

Who has South Carolina beaten? UCF?

South Carolina has been hype all season. Overrated in the preseason polls. Spurrier losing control.

I hope Missouri wins it all. That means all of the teams I hate will either lose or just get shut out of the big game. I don't hate Missouri just yet so I'm fine with them closing out the SEC streak of consecutive MNC wins in the BCS era.

Show me where I said USC was good. I'm just hoping they beat MO. I think MO is a pretender.

I also don't get this SEC thing. Every team I have mentioned is in the SEC.

Based on what? Outside of the Georgia game at Clemson (ACC officials for an ACC team in a OOC game in an ACC stadium), our conference has been beating itself.

Florida did lose to Miami, but last I checked they are undefeated.

That's BS. They were crap when we beat them too. A very ho hum win. So much that the stadium was 1/3 empty in the 4th quarter. MO was about to rush the field.

Georgia excuse

Not an excuse. Georgia's skill players are all gone. Vandy showed that. Are you trying to say UGA is a good team? They also lost to Clemson who is also very much a pretender as you now well know.

Uh you mean to another SEC team? MO is in the SEC. If I wanted to champion SEC superiority I'd be for MO to run the table. Get your head out of your arse.

Everyone thinks Mizzou is a pretender. But has anyone actually watched the games? They've been dominant.

Not against Murray State, Toledo, Arkansas State, Indiana or Vandy.

I watched the UGA and FL games.

SEC narratives are always exposed in real life.'

See Utah and West Virginia in the Sugar Bowl.

Speaking of Utah...this is the same board that said Utah would dominate the weak-arse Pac 10 once they joined and TAMU and Mizzou would be cellar-dwellers in the SEC - playing big boy football for once leaving the Big 12.

Well, Utah finished 5th in the Pac-12 South division the last TWO years!

And TAMU was the only team to beat Bama last year...and Mizzou is the highest ranked SEC team outside of Bama. Ah, SEC-tard presumptions.

The SEC defenses are not good. Or rather, they are just young. Lots of SEC defensive players in the SEC. It's a cycle.

FSU had no problem with Clemson.

Fair enough. But you can acknowledge Mizzou putting 500 yards on UF's awesome D is good right? And it was with a backup QB. How many did LSU put up?

I agree Mizzou still has a lot to prove, but they've played better than Carolina this year.

This game should be close, but I'm worried about Carolina's psyche - they might just lay down.

Mizzou is still playing with big12 players, nobody expected the early success from them. SEC diehards especially

I'm not saying Georgia is good but if they were winning like Mizzou they would be considered a powerhouse

Mizzou is winning games and are they Alabama good no but they are no slouch

Their is no denying the SEC is the toughest conference in college football, but that doesn't mean the rest the the world doesn't exist.

Especially teams that are in the mid to southern parts of the U.S they all recruit from the same pool of players

A lot more parity then people admit

Yes it is.

This isn't about LSU. We are not that good this year. We finally get a decent offense and the D is the worst we've had in 10 years.

Not sure why all the ACC people are coming out of the woodwork. My OP had nothing to do with them.

I agree that UGA is a pretender-every year-which is why I think MO at 5 is a joke.

(Clemson is also a perennial pretender and they were exposed last week.)

Of course. Doesn't mean I can't hope USC beats them.
