Meh, its tucked but no where near as high. The bottom of Ohio State RB's numbers were barely showing. This pic is not nearly as bad.

"Old days" was a bad attempt at sarcasm. Anywho, the player in question has part of his numbers covered his jersey is tucked so high. Not having a jersey to grab is a huge advantage. Might as well just paint the numbers on the shoulder pads.
