I was actually hoping for more. It's the same feeling I had losing to FSU in 2013. Sickening feeling but you move on to things like actually having to go to work and being stuck in LAX for an extended period of time because there is moisture falling from the sky! 
Felt good to see so many people still flying their car flags in Atlanta today and still tons of people wearing Falcons gear at the airport.

I've actually been a bit surprised by the relatively moderate melting. Falcons Life actualy crashed after the Saints won the SB... Do Falcons fans have less invested in their own team?

To be an Atlanta fan you have to have the balls to know your going to lose and to not let it frick with you too much. Even though I know this, I expected Bama level of melt.

LSU the past 5 years has taught me how to cope with my team losing in big games. It sucjs, but I was prepared.

The reason there has not been as much of a melt is that most of their "fans" are band wagoners ready to move on to the next flavor of the month.
