Anybody else notice sommething fishy about that Cobb fumble on the kickoff?

Ball appeared unusually shiny to me, then squirted out of his grip like a lemon seed.

It's a K Ball. They have no wear and year and are slippery as frick because the kickers like them that way

ALL FOOTBALLS ARE THE SAME, PUNTERS AND KICKERS WOULD NEVER USE A DIFFERENT BALL.

It really was super shiny. But like you said, it's a K Ball.

Which the NFL has been accused of doctoring.

I didn't realize these "K-balls" even existed. Hard to believe they allow different balls to be used. That is just silly imo

Not really, have you ever tried kicking a game ball?

Fwiw, they also scuff up game balls before the game.

Depends. I heard a lot about it as a trainer from NFL bound return guys in '99-'00. Everybody hates them all the way down to the kickers. I think they prefer the microwave instead.
