I think you guys win a squeaker. Washington will likely show up this game.

I am grateful that the Falcons and Panthers have both started out unbeaten b/c it's saved us from a ton of "we're only 1.5 games out!" type threads on Saints Talk.

I was at the game at the Georgia Dome this past Sunday and focused on the banners hanging from the rafters and realized what an insipid history the Falcons have.

Check out the records of 2 of the most unsuccessful franchises in the NFL. Falcons came in 1966. Saints in 1967.

Division Titles-Saints 5 and Falcons 5. In nearly 50 years.

Playoff Record- Saints 7-9 Falcons 7-12

The point is that the Saints should not give up this soon and the Falcons should not be overconfident.

p.s. I'm just having a bit of fun here, so please don't take this like some sort of serious commentary and certainly not trolling.

Panthers have on division 5 times since '95. Hopefully 6 this year. 7-6 in the playoffs.

We should. Washington isn't good. I'm glad we are starting this season off great but the schedule has been extremely underwhelming and we missed Romo and Dez against Dallas.

Have you seen the rest of the Falcons schedule???

Carolina is the best team they have left

The hard part was Philly/NYG/DAL

Yeah the entire schedule is pretty underwhelming. Which is good for record but we probably won't be very tested come playoff time when we have to go play at Green Bay or wherever.

Cam with that 1-2 post season record, with the lone win coming against the worst starting QB in post season history

Ryan being 1-4 while having 2 #1 seeds. I'll blame Mike Smith more so for this one.

In that division, it's not much of an accomplishment.
