Sigh

One of the game's best offenses going to waste.

Finally watching baseball again while the sun is up.

I really thought in my mind that Elvis' base running last night was going to jump start this team after shutting them out the day before and YU mowing them down through 5

then the bottom of the inning happened

Don't know if you've heard, but there is apparently a large rift between Darvish and Brocail/Banister at the moment, especially after last night. Darvish was not pleased at all about getting pulled w/ 81 pitches on the counter and allegedly did only what Brocail/Banister had told him to thus far in the outing.

Seems things are going to get worse before they get better.

Who says they'll get better?

He won't be with the Rangers next year. But is Jon the Moron smart enough to recognize this, and deal him for prospects of value? (Given his recent track record, likely not)

wat

Are you saying Daniels' track record is to not trade for prospects in losing seasons?

The last two seasons we were truly out of it by trade deadline

2007
Rangers get
Saltalamacchia, Matt Harrison, Elvis Andrus, Neftali Feliz

Braves get
Teixera, Ron Mahay

2014
Rangers get
Corey Knebel, Jake Thompson (key peace in Hamels trade)

Tigers get
Joakim Soria

Had no expectations going into the year

Least optimistic I have been and I am always optimistic

Window was last year. Got swept in the ALDS and that was that. Just feels like we have a patchwork team

When do you start regretting re-signing Gomez?

Seriously though... You rangers fans are panicking too soon. Odor is too good of a player to stay down where he is at... When he gets his swing turned around, you guys will win more games. This team reminds me of 2015 Rangers... It took a while to fix the bullpen, but once it got fixed, Rangers were legit tough.

I agree with you. I still think the Rangers are the 2nd best team in the division, although Seattle is a close 3rd.

He's a good clubhouse guy, so whenever that stops being true. He's had some big hits for us thus far. I don't believe Deshields would be doing much better.
