AJ Pollock has fractured a growth plate in his right elbow

suffered it sliding into home last night. he is set for surgery but we dont know anything yet about a time table. this is the same injury that kept him out a full season back in 2010. this is a huge blow to the dbacks

Goldy and Greinke are obviously both studs. I think David Peralta will hit really well this year. Miller and Corbin should be solid if healthy. After that, that roster falls off a cliff. Hard to see them hanging with the Dodgers and Giants.

i thik i read they were going to play owings in center and that is just such a drop off from pollock

Crazy how it wasn't really the slide itself but just him lifting himself up from the slide. His elbow just collapsed. He said it hurts every spring and he knew it could break anytime again
