I wouldn't be competing and I'd be blasting the IOC daily if I were one of the water sport athletes.

I never said it was well executed. Merely that since FIFA went to South Africa to avoid a "brown culture," they hosted a World Cup in a "brown culture."

So why even bring FIFA into the discussion?
