get your liberal agenda out of here...he has an opinion just like everyone else

What is wrong with what he said? He said he doesn't believe in it. It's no where near Blue's comments, for example.

It's a personal belief.
In this country, the goal is not to have the same beliefs, but to respect equal treatment under the law.

I can't believe the percentage of NFL players who are OK with same sex marriage is higher than those who oppose it. With all of the thanking god they do you figure they would be against it

The number 2 trending now title on yahoo is "Adrian Peterson gay..."
I thought he came out of the closet or something.

Good for him. Personally, I support gay marriage but it's always refreshing for an athlete to not give some PR bullshite answer (ex: Drew Brees) and actually speak on something they believe in.

How would it be viewed if a celebrity or athlete answered the question this way:
"I don't care" or "Who cares"
Would they still be vilified? That's pretty much my views on this insignificant issue.

I will never understand why If liberals have a belief everyone is supposed to conform to it. But if anyone else's beliefs differ, suddenly they are terrible for what they believe in.
So for that Adrian Peterson:
