he has killed someone "probably multiple people" I think hernandez can hold his own. He isnt some wana be... this guy lived the life. Plus he will never be put anywhere inside where he is in danger with the GP

Yep, I'm pretty sure immunity is gone if they can prove that she was in any way less than 100% truthful under oath. We know she lied, it's just a matter of proving it. If she contradicted previous recorded statements, she is probably in trouble.
