Why does ESPN show the draft picks without a shirt on a screen shot after they are picked.

They're elite athletes in peak physical form. If you're trying to emphasis that, which they are, you will show off as many muscles as possible. You generally have to be shirtless to do that. Simple as that.

Maybe pay attention. I didn't say anything about fans. This is an orchestrated production designed to sell a product. They're trying to sell that they have the best athletes.
