I absolutely knew he was in the HOF because of the speech he gave. He still doesn't get his due when people talk about the best RBs of all time

Holmes was very good with Baltimore before joining KC. He just didn't get the volume of carries that produce eye popping numbers

Why is it always a knock on a running back when he plays behind a good offensive line? Everybody loves Leonard Fournette, but he wouldn't be shite if he didn't have a great line in front of him.

Has everything to due with longevity. He was among the best in the league for a few years, but only a few. I was a big fan of Holmes at the time
