saw this..in my October issue of ESPN mag.

Kind of lavish for a high school imo. But hell, it's Texas.

The crazy thing about that whole video is the over 8,000 season tickets sold. Jesus.

Most likely, another high school in TX will take the "frick those guys" approach and build a $70M stadium.

This story is almost a year old.

Yes, I recognize the irony of criticizing redundancy while there are 5 posts earlier saying the same thing.

Ahhh..I'm an alum of AHS. Haven't been to the stadium, but I've driven by it. Looks pretty nice. Many people in Allen love it...I hope they enjoy paying that bond off as well. Shouldn't be an issue though since its an affluent town.

3 teams use it. West Brook, Ozen, and Central. Holds 10,600, but it ain't even the biggest in the area. My old high school's got a pretty new one that holds 13,000. LINK / is a pretty awesome site if you're bored and wanna look at stadiums.
