That ending was pretty fricked up. Had the clock started in time, it would have expired......but it didn't.

That was some pretty dumbass coaching by ole Roy. There's 1.6 seconds left, the best move there is to inbound the ball and get a decent chuck while ISU is semi celebrating. He lost that game by not giving his team a chance.
